Yes, there is a convenient parking garage, P3 Regisseur, located right next to MARCFAIT. You can easily park your vehicle there.

Is the venue accessible by public transportation?

Yes! MARCFAIT is only a 5-minute walk from Almere Centrum Station, making it easily accessible by train. Additionally, there is a bus stop near our location for further convenience.

Can you spend the night at or near the venue?

Absolutely. There are several hotels within walking distance of MARCFAIT, providing comfortable options for you and your guests to stay nearby after your event.

Is it possible to bring our own caterer?

MARCFAIT partners with a variety of caterers to suit different tastes. If you prefer to bring your own caterer, you are welcome to do so; however, please be aware there is a Bring Your Own Food (BYOF) fee.

Until what time can a party last?

Events at MARCFAIT may run until midnight (00:00).

Cancellation Policy

For Private (Consumer) Bookings

If you need to cancel your event, the following cancellation fees apply:

  • 3 months or more before the event: 2% of the total cost

  • 3 months before the event: 5% of the total cost

  • 4 weeks before the event: 25% of the total cost

  • 2 to 4 weeks before the event: 50% of the total cost

  • Within 7 days before the event: 100% of the total cost

For Business or Organizational Bookings

In case of cancellation by a company or organization, the following fees apply:

  • 3 months or more before the event: 5% of the total cost

  • Between 3 months and 1 month before the event: 25% of the total cost

  • Between 1 month and 7 days before the event: 50% of the total cost

  • Within 7 days before the event: 100% of the total cost

What is the accessibility by car?

Yes, MARCFAIT is accessible by car. Although we do not offer on-site parking, the P3 Regisseur garage is nearby and provides convenient parking options at reasonable rates.
