Harmony Room

An intimate space for smaller birthday celebrations, private dinners, family gatherings and special occasions with your closest guests.
MARC Hall
Recommended for private parties of approximately 80–150 guests
A light, warm white-beige event hall for birthdays, wedding receptions, anniversaries, cultural celebrations and private parties.
FAIT Hall
Suitable for approximately 100–300 guests
A spacious event hall for larger weddings and celebrations, with room for dining, dancing, live entertainment and a professional event setup.

For an event across two halls, choose our PLATINUM Package. Welcome your guests and serve dinner in MARC Hall, followed by dancing, live music, or entertainment in FAIT Hall.
Depending on your arrangement, you can use MARCFAIT’s catering and bar services or discuss bringing your own catering and event suppliers.

MARC Hall is most comfortable for private parties of approximately 80–150 guests.
Its official capacities are:
■ Standing event: up to 300 guests
■ Walk-in dinner: up to 250 guests
■ Theatre-style seating: up to 180 guests
■ Banquet-style seating: up to 88 guestsThe final capacity depends on the selected layout, furniture, catering setup, dance floor, and entertainment.

Yes. With the PLATINUM Package, MARC Hall and FAIT Hall can be combined for one celebration.
For example, you can welcome your guests or serve dinner in MARC Hall, followed by music, entertainment, and dancing in FAIT Hall.

Bringing your own caterer may be possible, depending on the selected package and agreed conditions.
Food may only be reheated in the designated facilities. Cooking or grilling is not permitted inside the building. Any applicable kitchen rental and Bring Your Own Food fee will be included in your proposal.

Yes. You may arrange your own decorations or work with an external decorator.
Decorations must be installed and removed within the agreed preparation and dismantling times. Confetti is not permitted.

Yes. You may bring your own DJ, decorator, and approved event suppliers.
Any technical requirements, equipment, delivery times, and setup arrangements should be shared with MARCFAIT before the event so they can be included in the planning.

Yes. MARCFAIT can provide catering, drinks and professional bar service for weddings, birthdays and private celebrations.

Your proposal will clearly state which tables, chairs, and room setup are included. Additional furniture can be arranged where required.

Private celebrations in the Harmony Room start from €749 including VAT and include the location manager.
The final price depends on the selected hall, event duration, date, number of guests, furniture, catering, bar service, technical facilities and any additional services.

The cleaning arrangement depends on the selected package and the agreements stated in your proposal.
When self-cleaning applies, the rented spaces, bar, glassware and sanitary areas must be left clean and tidy. All waste must be removed and disposed of in the designated municipal waste area.
