FAIT Hall accommodates up to 220 guests in theatre-style seating on the main floor. For selected conference layouts, the adjoining Harmony Room balcony can be used as an additional seating or VIP area, increasing the combined capacity to approximately 250 guests.
MARC Hall accommodates up to 180 guests in theatre-style seating.
The final capacity depends on the room layout, stage setup, technical requirements, and how the balcony is used. Our team will recommend the most suitable configuration for your program.

Yes. MARCFAIT offers multiple rooms that can be combined for a plenary program, workshops, and breakout sessions.
FAIT Hall or MARC Hall can be used as the main conference space, while Harmony Room and other available rooms can accommodate smaller sessions.
Please note that Harmony Room is located on the balcony of FAIT Hall and is not fully acoustically separated from the main hall. To prevent sound interference between simultaneous sessions, we recommend using Harmony Room for meetings or workshops without amplified sound or microphones. Our team can advise on the most suitable room allocation based on your program.

FAIT Hall is available from the GOLD Package and includes professional sound, premium lighting and visual presentation facilities.
MARC Hall can be booked from the BASIC Package. Additional sound, projection and audiovisual equipment can be added according to your conference requirements.
The technical facilities included in your booking will be clearly listed in your proposal.

Yes. Professional live-streaming production is available as an add-on to the venue rental.
You can choose between a fixed-camera production and a multi-camera PTZ setup. You may use our production partner or bring your own technical team.

Yes. MARCFAIT can provide coffee and tea, refreshments, lunch, snacks, borrel arrangements, buffet service, dinner, and professional bar service.
The catering arrangement can be tailored to your program, number of guests, and preferred schedule.

Yes. You are welcome to bring your own technical or production team.
Any additional equipment and technical requirements should be shared with MARCFAIT in advance so they can be included in the event planning and proposal.

The final price depends on the selected hall, event duration, number of guests, room setup, catering, and technical requirements.

Yes. MARCFAIT is located in Almere Centrum, approximately five minutes’ walk from Almere Centrum Station. The P3 Regisseur parking garage is located next to the venue.
