All celebration F&B arrangements are available from a minimum of 30 guests, unless otherwise agreed.
Exact service times are confirmed in the quotation and final event schedule.
Unlimited drinks apply during the confirmed package duration.
Drinks Arrangement hours may be used continuously or divided across the program.
Bar personnel are included in MARCFAIT Basic/Classic Drinks Arrangement packages.
Additional staffing is included only where explicitly stated.
Standard corporate tableware rules do not automatically apply to private BYOF or BYOD arrangements.
Dietary requirements and allergies are reviewed during the final event-preparation process.
External rental equipment is subject to supplier availability and logistics costs.
Damage, loss, missing items and excessive breakage may be charged separately.
Venue, food, drinks and additional event services are itemized separately in the final quotation.
